Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had a comfy king bed but were smaller than expected, and there was nothing particularly deluxe about them. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the location was a bit disappointing due to the presence of homeless individuals nearby, although it was convenient for our purpose of attending a graduation ceremony at the nearby University. The dining options were limited due to ongoing construction, but the prices were reasonable.
The hotel is in a convenient location near many bars and restaurants, offering a good price for what you get. The rooms were just okay, lacking a microwave and refrigerator, but were clean with good showers. The service, while a bit slow and showing its age, was pleasant and helpful in addressing issues. The location is great for exploring Downtown Austin without being disturbed by noise. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some staff seeming inconvenienced, but the food quality was good. Overall, a decent choice for your stay.
The hotel's rooms were on spot and definitely up to Omni standards; however, they were a bit small with limited space for luggage. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was incredibly helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Parking charges were acceptable considering the overall service quality.
I was delighted by the handsomely decorated rooms that felt brand new, but the lack of space for my suitcase and some faulty plug-ins were a downside. While the room service was slow, the staff's effort to make up for it was commendable.
I found the hotel to be a cozy spot with a nice view from the balcony and a spacious bathroom. However, the room felt a bit tight and the proximity to other rooms led to some noise disturbances. The service was mostly friendly but had some hiccups, and the location was walkable to downtown attractions. The dining experience left something to be desired, with an underwhelming club level breakfast. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
